Am I the right counsellor for you?
I’m a qualified counsellor in Petts Wood, near Bromley and in London Bridge, SE1. I have over nine years’ experience and am a post-trainee in my psychotherapy training. I work with individual adults on an open-ended basis, or for an agreed time period with a specific focus. I offer both short-term and long-term counselling and we work at your pace, helping you to come to a greater awareness of yourself.
At the heart of my therapy is a trusting, professional relationship and the opportunity for you to relax in a calm and supportive environment. You lead the process
We meet in my practice room either in London Bridge or Petts Wood. I find that meeting face-to-face is more effective long-term, although I accept that sometimes you may not be able to travel or might need to speak to me from your home phone – and this can work once we've established a trusting relationship.
Our first meeting in Petts Wood or London Bridge allows you to see if you’re going to be comfortable enough to open up and talk with me as your counsellor. It also enables me to understand what your concerns are and how we might address them. It’s just the two of us, working together to help you find ways through to a happier state.
Easy to reach
It’s easy to get to me. My London Bridge practice is within 5 minutes walk of both the London Bridge tube, servicing both the Northern Line and the Jubilee Line, as well as London Bridge mainline station. This makes my practice accessible from many places in South East London.
